Pamela Anderson Lee and husband Tommy Lee are headed to court again, not for anything the bad boy rocker or the voluptuous TV star have done, but for their wayward pooch.
It's the Lees' Rottweiler that's been acting up this time, according to a woman, Doreen Cott, who is suing the couple over an alleged biting incident from 1997.
According to the Associated Press, the lawsuit says that the dog had " a vicious nature, disposition, and propensity, which was known or should have been known to the defendants."
Cott filed the suit in 1998, but the first hearing is scheduled for April 5. Cott is seeking unspecified damages for medical expenses, loss of wages, and other inconveniences.
The Lees have not yet commented publicly about the lawsuit. The celebrity duo has already seen high-profile court cases from their 1998 divorce — the two have since reconciled — and the infamous video tape which exposed their sex life to the world.
