Tommy Lee, husband of Baywatch star Pamela Lee, scuffled with a paparazzo while he and Pam were leaving Hollywood's notorious Viper Room (the Johnny Depp-owned nightclub where River Phoenix spent his last hours) early Sunday morning.
"The [cameraman] alleges he was assaulted by Tommy Lee. [Lee] alleges he was pushing a camera away," said an L.A. County sheriff's deputy. Cameraman Henry Trappler of Paparazzi TV suffered a broken pelvis and has filed a misdemeanor battery report against Lee.
