Pamela Lee Sued Over Sex Film

LOS ANGELES --Pamela Anderson Lee asked a judge Wednesday to dismiss a $5-million lawsuit filed against her by the Private Movie Co., which alleges that Lee backed out of a role in Hello, She Lied because it required nudity and simulated sex. The production company claims that Lee made a verbal agreement to star in the film in November of 1994, but backed out in January of 1995 when the producers refused to rewrite racy scenes.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Horowitz said he will decide soon whether he will allow the plaintiffs to proceed with the lawsuit. The plaintiffs' lawyer, Adam Miller, was incredulous over Lee's reaction: "This is Pamela Anderson saying, 'It's the nudity I have a problem with,' of all things." Anderson Lee has posed nude for Playboy several times. Hello, She Lied was eventually made with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kathy Ireland.
