Pam & Tommy SEX tape...

It's been a winning week for Pamela Anderson.

First, organizers of the "Hot d'Or" Awards, the annual Cannes-based adult film showcase, named the ex-Baywatch beauty Best Actress in an Adult Film for her (a)rousing performance with soon-to-be ex-hubby Tommy Lee in their notorious honeymoon video.

Now, the National Enquirer has settled a libel lawsuit brought by the former fun couple over that very same sex tape. Seems the supermarket tab ran a story saying Pam and Tommy signed a secret deal to collect $8 million by selling the rights to the tape for distribution.

No details of the settlement, reached Friday, were announced. But Anderson's lawyer, Ed Masry, said Tuesday: "Pam's happy; the Enquirer's happy; everybody's happy."

The suit alleged that the Enquirer falsely reported that Pam and Tommy worked out a deal with Internet Entertainment Group to profit from their homemade sex tapes.

The ex-couple said the tape was stolen from their Malibu home by a construction worker and eventually made its way to IEG. It is now widely available in adult shops and over the Internet.

Pamela has said that while she and Tommy did sign an agreement with IEG, they believed it only covered the release of their video on the Web. IEG contends the deal allowed the company to market the tape in stores, where it has reportedly become the best-selling adult film ever.

Of course, the couple hasn't recently enjoyed the same sort of marital bliss depicted on the tape. Pamela has filed for divorce from her rocker husband, who is facing jail time for allegedly hitting her earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Pam and former beau Bret Michaels have suits pending against IEG over a sex tape they made years ago.

Comment: This is the answer to the endlessly repeated, but obviously illegal statements, the Lee's would earn money with "their" (stolen) infamous video tape.
